Thanks to Ike and his install team in Kerrville (Mondo & Howard) I now have a great whole house softener that replaced my over 20 year old unit that died. The installers were super friendly and answered all of my questions as they were working. Another cool thing is that Ike didn't try to "up" sell me a unit that I didn't need,that's a big plus. He also explained in detail how and what goes on in the tank as it does it's softening process via the control head. AND the units are made in America,,,,,YA HOOO

Their system is junk. Back to Culligan. Have a dual tank system that runs flawlessly and uses very little salt. Need service? Their people are usually on site in a day or so. Those other people take weeks, literally. There's Culligan, then there is everybody else.
