There’s a reason Culligan of the Texas Hill Country is the best water treatment company in with over 140 4.9-Stars Google Reviews.

All of our well water is potable with the use of the Culligan home filtration and water softener systems. However, we had a R/O System installed (neatly under our kitchen sink) for the cleanest, best-tasting drinking water ...ever. No more bottled water. We have always receive quality products and excellent service from the team at Culligan of the Texas Hill Country.
Awesome experience, informative, communicative and responsive. The equipment itself better than the so called “green” water softener that doesn’t use electricity and we use less salt.
I very much appreciate Marc Jackson and the Culligan team! They are always super responsive and very knowledgeable about the products and services. I have a metered water softener and a reverse osmosis filtration tank under my kitchen sink both from Culligan of Kerrville and I am very pleased with both. Anytime I have ever had a water quality issue I have been able to get same day service and they have always given accurate estimates and billing. I highly recommend this company!
Friendly, reliable and efficient service. Their products are superior, and their service is the best.
Awesome people to work with. Service is the best and quickest in the industry!!!
These guys are always helpful and knowledgeable about their service and products.
Absolutely love this company and their employees. I had Ike over and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for about 5 years but recently updated some things and am beyond happy to know ive been supporting such a great company this whole time.
Very pleased with equipment and service.
Culligan in Kerrville has been a joy to work with. They are all so friendly and efficient with all of their services. We will definitely use them in our new home.
I love the automatic deliveries of salt and not having to service the unit. Very reliable service of many years.
Professional staff throughout from the initial design consult, to the installation team, and a follow-on service call. Highly recommend the Culligan of Texas Hill Country team. If you're looking for a complete system to provide soft and clean water at reasonable prices this company is for you.
Culligan has taken care of our system since it was installed. Never have to worry about the salt level - they take care of everything. Highly recommend this company.
Thanks to Ike and his install team in Kerrville (Mondo & Howard) I now have a great whole house softener that replaced my over 20 year old unit that died. The installers were super friendly and answered all of my questions as they were working. Another cool thing is that Ike didn't try to "up" sell me a unit that I didn't need, that's a big plus. He also explained in detail how and what goes on in the tank as it does it's softening process via the control head. AND the units are made in America,,,,,YA HOOO
Great people, great service, great product!
Culligan was very attentive to any requests I had and responded in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about Culligan, and the water softener we rented for 8 years was exceptional!
Culligan installed my complete water filtration system, in-house and salt tanks for processing clean water! No more trips to the store to lug drinking water home, nor store it!Their prompt service and maintenance program keeps me going with delicious drinking water, clean/dependable soft water, that not only is enjoyed for baths, but helps “save wear and tear” on my appliances.I love Culligan and would encourage anyone to use their service. I would not recommend them if I were not completely happy with my system/service!
Easy and painless. Thank you,.
They are great- fast, efficient, professional & well worth having your water delivered.
Culligan provides fast, dependable service and quality equipment.
This company goes above and beyond for their customers. The service is outstanding and the water softener has worked extremely well. Highly recommend.
We love Culligan of the Texas Hill Country! They have the best customer service. They are always easy to reach and have a very friendly and professional staff. We have had excellent service and wouldn't change a thing!
The best water softener company with the best service. Been a customer for years. Made a mistake by going with the 'Last water softener you'll ever own" people, temporarily. Big Mistake! Their system is junk. Back to Culligan. Have a dual tank system that runs flawlessly and uses very little salt. Need service? Their people are usually on site in a day or so. Those other people take weeks, literally. There's Culligan, then there is everybody else.
I’ve never come across a company with such exceptional service
Prompt, efficient and friendly service.
As soon as our bottles get low, I call and they have someone come bring more on same day. Been working with them for yrs. The staff is very professional.

#1 Hard Water Makes Your Appliances Less Efficient

Did you know that hard water is hard on your appliances?

It’s true.

Hard water can reduce the efficiency of your appliances by up to 48%, according to a study by the Water Quality Association (WQA). And that decrease in efficiency can lead to a 29% increase in your energy bills–costing you $1,500 or more over a 10-year period.

(And that’s just for your water heater. The same efficiency loss would affect your dishwasher and your washing machine.)

#2 Hard Water Forces You To Waste More Soap & Detergent

When you have hard water, you have to use more soap, detergent, and other cleaning products. Over time, this can become a significant expense.

Think about how much money you spend on dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, bath & kitchen soap, lotions, and other household cleaners. Probably several hundred dollars a year, depending on the size of your family…and if you have hard water.

(That cost could be reduced by 75% or more with soft water.)

#3 Hard Water Reduces the Lifespan of Your Appliances

Hard water also causes a buildup of scale that can shorten the lifespan of your appliances by 30-50%!

In another WQA study, the heating elements inside water heaters using hard water failed after just 19 months. The water heaters using non-hard water lasted much longer—up to 15 years.

How Can You Tell if You Have Hard Water?

If you suspect you have hard water, here are some of the telltale signs to watch out for:
  • Mineral buildup in sinks, bathtumbs, and on your water fixtures
  • Spots on your dishes, glasses, and silverware that don’t come out in the dishwasher
  • Water heaters that fail sooner than they should
  • Soap scum in your bathtub or on your shower curtain/shower door
  • Faded clothing (especially clothes that used to be vibrant & colorful)
  • Dry, itchy skin and limp-looking hair
Or you can always contact Culligan to schedule a free water test. One of our technicians will come to your house and test your water for hardness and other contaminants.
