Thanks to Ike and his install team in Kerrville (Mondo & Howard) I now have a great whole house softener that replaced my over 20 year old unit that died. The installers were super friendly and answered all of my questions as they were working. Another cool thing is that Ike didn't try to "up" sell me a unit that I didn't need,that's a big plus.
